Automatically tags and removes contacts who haven't engaged in 90 days from the master contact list. Runs nightly at 2am AEST when enabled.

Hygiene is disabled. Set CONTACT_HYGIENE_ENABLED=true in the server environment to enable the nightly cron.

What this does

  • • Finds SUBSCRIBED contacts with no engagement in 90+ days
  • • Applies tag: un-engaged-3mo-removed-from-list
  • • Removes them from the PBT Master Contact List
  • • Logs a hygiene_removed activity event on each contact
  • • Capped at 5,000 contacts per run (nightly cadence handles the rest)
